Tell us what you’re working with.

Landowners share parcel details. Developers and real estate professionals share their buying criteria and preferred markets.

02

Explore a potential fit.

We review the information and, when appropriate, discuss a written purchase contract. Availability and our ability to operate depend on the property and applicable state requirements.

03

Move forward on defined terms.

Where permitted by the agreement and applicable law, we may assign our contractual interest to a buyer for an assignment fee. Any closing is subject to the contract and appropriate title or escrow arrangements.

LENA’S TREASURES LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not represent you as an agent. We may have a contractual interest rather than ownership of the underlying property. Buyers must independently verify title, access, zoning, utilities, environmental conditions and suitability. No offer, closing timeline or outcome is guaranteed.

Before we talk

A little clarity
goes a long way.

Are you a real estate brokerage?

No. LENA’S TREASURES LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage. We seek to contract for land on our own behalf and may offer our contractual interests for assignment. We do not list property for owners or represent you as your real estate agent.

What does assigning a land contract mean?

When a contract permits it and applicable law allows, we may transfer our rights and obligations under that contract to another buyer through an assignment agreement, typically for a fee. The property purchase and any assignment are governed by the written agreements—not by this website.

Where do you work?

We consider U.S. land opportunities and buyer relationships across multiple markets. We do not operate in every state or accept every property. Availability depends on our current focus and applicable state requirements.

Am I committing to anything by submitting the form?

No. An inquiry does not create a sale, purchase contract, agency relationship or obligation to proceed. Any transaction requires separate written agreements. Text-message consent is also optional.

Can I inquire without receiving text messages?

Absolutely. Leave both text-message boxes unchecked and submit your inquiry using your email address. If you opt in to texts later, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support. Marketing and non-marketing preferences are separate.
