1. Who we are
LENA'S TREASURES LLC ("we," "us," or "our") seeks to acquire land under contract and may assign its contractual interests to buyers, where permitted by the agreement and applicable law. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through lenastreasures.com and related communications.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company, role, property location, parcel identification, acreage, buying criteria and inquiry message. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive information through this inquiry form.
If you choose text messages, we record your separate marketing and non-marketing selections, the displayed consent wording and version, the submission time, and the page and policy links associated with your submission. Providing a phone number by itself does not establish SMS consent.
The form also submits limited technical and referral information, including the page address, referring page, selected campaign parameters and browser user-agent. Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses and routine security logs. We do not claim to collect or verify an IP address through the browser form itself.
3. How we use information
We use inquiry information to evaluate potential land transactions, understand buyer criteria, respond to requests, arrange discussions, administer written agreements when applicable, maintain consent and suppression records, and protect our systems. We send SMS only for the categories you affirmatively choose and consistent with applicable requirements. We do not treat an inquiry as permission for unrelated promotional messaging.
4. SMS privacy and non-sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your mobile number or transfer your SMS permissions to unrelated businesses. Developers, buyers and real estate professionals do not receive the right to text you because you contacted us. Service providers supporting our own communications may process information only to perform those services, subject to appropriate restrictions.
5. Other limited disclosures
We may use service providers for website hosting, form delivery, customer relationship management and support. They may process information as needed to provide services to us. We may disclose necessary non-SMS transaction information to title, escrow, legal or other professionals when needed for a transaction you choose to pursue. We may also disclose information as required by law or to protect lawful rights. These purposes do not authorize sharing mobile information, text opt-in data or consent for third-party marketing.
6. Your text-message choices
Marketing texts may concern land contract opportunities and related promotional updates. Non-marketing texts may concern your land inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, or an existing land contract transaction. Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, sale or submitting an inquiry.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from our SMS program. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you provide a new valid opt-in. 7. Cookies and external resources
This website does not intentionally store inquiry information in browser local storage or set advertising cookies through its own form code. It loads fonts and illustrative images from third-party delivery services, which may receive technical request information. HighLevel, your hosting platform or additional tools may use their own essential cookies or security technologies. If we introduce analytics, advertising pixels or additional tracking, we will update this policy and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
8. Retention and security
We retain inquiry and transaction records only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to document and honor messaging choices. We limit access to authorized personnel and service providers and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No website or transmission method is completely secure.
9. Privacy requests and children
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law.
